With decades of experience, we understand the nuances of finding the correct plan for each of our clients. Below are the members of our team here at HWA and what we are all about.
Richard Ward
Rich is the Owner and President of HWA. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Masters in Health Administration. He also served as the CFO of Deckerville Hospital. With a working knowledge of benefit plan design and the reimbursement practices of healthcare delivery system, Rich strives to help clients with their benefit programs with a focus on controlling costs and addressing corrective measures that tend to get overlooked.
Mary Greyerbiehl
Mary is a licensed agent that specializes in sales, service performing group, individual enrollments, and Medicare enrollments. Mary has been in the service capacity for 20 years. She helps with all administrative functions, including assisting clients with billing, additions, deletions, and COBRA.
Darnell Beedle
Darnell specializes in customer service and assisting our clients on a variety of issues. These issues include claims, billing, enrollments, additions, deletions, and other service functions.
Michael Ward
Michael is a newly licensed life and health agent and a new employee here at HWA. He is a 2024 graduate from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Marketing. Michael focuses on enrollments, marketing/advertising, group benefits, individual benefits, and other service activities.
